Voilà,
il y avait eu cette rencontre fortuite offerte à mon regard, mais ce que j'avais alors en tête c'était surtout l'odeur du gazon fraîchement coupé que j'avais tout juste senti en passant à proximité du jardin de l'église Notre-dame-des-champs. Une fois de plus je m'étais senti transporté vers de lointains souvenirs d'enfance, en d'autres lieux d'autres temps et j'avais alors songé que cet arôme et les images qu'il convoquait m'étaient un des plus précieux cadeaux de l'existence, puisque ma vie semblait alors se condenser dans cette unique sensation (Linked with Signs2- sunday postcards - art journal journey - )

The photo of the musician in the Metro offers me another aroma memory: the odor of Metro Stations which includes tobacco smoke (there used to be more of this odor before smoking was limited) and something undefined that still seems to waft through the corridors along with the music.
