(Jacques Sternberg in "188 contes à régler")

RépondreSupprimer...if you have to be homeless having art may make things a bit nicer.
RépondreSupprimerI like the quirky and enjoyable mural, but find the quote quite dark.
RépondreSupprimerLoved it
RépondreSupprimerThat could have been a mural from Darwin with a saltwater crocodile :) :)
RépondreSupprimerThanks for participating in Monday Murals Kwarkito.
I agree with Elizabeth, the quote is quite dark, is humankind that bad ?
Wow, very bitter-sweet. Fitting quote to that.
RépondreSupprimerWhat great juxtaposiiton in your shot, and so well reflected in the words
RépondreSupprimerThe problem with the homeless is that we don't want to see them being homeless everywhere. So we don't look. Your photo contradicts that tendency.

yes, but every time I make this kind of picture (most of them under the label "dormeurs"), I feel like I'm making a pornographic gesture rather than a photographic one, even if many great photographers have done it since the beginning of photography. This deprivation seems so unfair to me in a society of abundance where the differences in fortunes are so obscene
SupprimerNot a happy view of the world. But then again, it's not that happy either.
